Why enroll in a Marketplace plan with us
Financial help to lower your premium
Federal tax credits lower your monthly premium. Pennie reports that four out of five of its enrollees qualify for savings, and New Jersey adds its own NJ Health Plan Savings for households up to 600% of the poverty level.
Pre-existing conditions are covered
Every Marketplace plan must cover treatment for pre-existing medical conditions.
Essential benefits in every plan
Doctor visits, emergency care, hospital stays, prescriptions, maternity care, mental health, lab work, preventive care and children’s dental and vision.
Free help from a certified broker
We compare plans, check your savings and enroll you, in our office or by phone. Pennie and GetCoveredNJ both offer certified broker help at no cost to you.

What’s changing for 2027
Federal changes affect prices and who qualifies for help this year. We’ll walk you through what it means for your household.
Sources: Pennie, Pennsylvania Health Law Project.
- Premiums went up for many people. The extra federal tax credits ended in December 2025. The original tax credits are still available, and most enrollees still qualify for some help.
- Update your income. Financial help is based on your expected income. Getting too much help during the year can mean paying some back at tax time.
- Check that your financial help carried over. If you only see full-price plans when you renew, call us and we’ll fix your application.
- Some immigrants lose financial help. Starting January 1, 2027, federal law limits tax credits for some lawfully present immigrants, including refugees and asylees. Call us to check your eligibility before you enroll.
- Lost Medicaid or other coverage? That includes Medical Assistance in Pennsylvania and NJ FamilyCare in New Jersey. You have 60 days to enroll in a Marketplace plan. Don’t wait, or you may have to wait for the next open enrollment.

What if I miss open enrollment?
